Lembak Vietnam’s Transnational Training Initiative
Lembak Vietnam Limited Liability Company, a subsidiary of the US-based Lembak Global Sourcing, LLC, has launched an ambitious training program that underscores its commitment to excellence and global collaboration. This program is designed to bring Vietnamese employees to the United States for comprehensive training, setting a new benchmark for skill development and knowledge exchange.
The training initiative offers selected employees an opportunity to train for 3-6 months in the United States, providing them with exposure to advanced manufacturing processes and technologies. The training is set to take place at the highly automated CNC plants of Diamond Precision Products, located in Johnson Creek and Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA.
Participants in the program will experience firsthand the cutting-edge operations of Diamond Precision Products, which specializes in engineering and implementing production machining solutions that leverage automation, efficiency optimization, and repeatability. This experience is invaluable as Lembak Vietnam prepares to commence its own manufacturing operations in Binh Duong province.
The program includes several benefits for the trainees:
Housing and allowances will be provided to ensure a comfortable stay during the training period.
Training may occur across different shifts, offering a comprehensive view of the factory operations.
Participants will need to obtain a company-sponsored USA Training Visa, facilitated by Lembak Vietnam.
