With extensive experience in managing manufacturing and engineering facilities in both the USA and Philippines, Leo has extensive experience in:
- Engineering/Quality/Operations management with experience in design/development, design verification, program management, manufacturing, and quality.
- Experienced with off-shore Operations Management, Engineering Management, Outsourcing, Product Development, Materials Laboratory, Quality, Benchmarking, and Manufacturing Methodology/Management.
- Experienced with bringing manufacturing standardization and tooling improvements to the production floor.
- Experienced with low volume/high mix as well as high volume/low mix manufacturing management.
He has undertaken projects in the USA, Philippines and now Vietnam, leveraging his systematic approach to evaluate and solve complex problems.
